How do we influence someone…..😱
Here I have learned 3 principles which helps to influence anyone :
- Storytelling :
There’s nothing new about storytelling. Long before we had books and newspapers, telephones and telegraphs and the internet and our ancestor’s sat around the fire and told stories. More than storytellers, we’re story consumers and we easily influenced by the story.
- Change Management :
I was little confused before taking this course how change management can influence. We unknowingly sound apologetic about the change and the focus on all things negative is so great that we fail to show the bright side attached to the change. The change implementation is difficult but not the actual change. Instead, we can take change as an amazing innovation that is going to take over all the tasks easy and more productive.
- Governance :
Governance is the way rules, norms and actions are structured, sustained, regulated, and held accountably. The degree of formality depends on the internal rules of a given organization and, externally, with its business partners. As such, governance may take many forms, driven by many different motivations and with many different results.
